When do the sweepstakes begin and end?
Entries will be accepted online starting on October 23, 2024 and ending October 27, 2024. All online entries must be received by October 27, 2024 11:59PM CST.

How are winners chosen?
Winners will be selected in a random drawing and notified via email to the email address and/or phone number they entered within 5 days following the winner selection.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Tiny Health and Begin Health have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings that may interfere with contact.
How can I get a list of winners?
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Tiny Health 6104 Old Fredericksburg Rd #91622, Austin TX 78749. Requests must be received no later than Nov 10, 2024.
Is there anyone who cannot participate?
Employees of Tiny Health and Begin Health and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the sweepstake.
