How are winners chosen?
Winners will be selected in a random drawing and notified via email to the email address they entered within 5 days following the winner selection.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
A little heads up: Tiny Health, Lil Mixins, and SimpliFed have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings that may interfere with contact.
How can I get a list of winners?
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Tiny Health 6104 Old Fredericksburg Rd #91622, Austin TX 78749. Requests must be received no later than October 14, 2022.
Is there anyone who cannot participate?
Employees of Tiny Health, Lil Mixins, and SimpliFed and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the sweepstake.
