How are winners chosen?
Winners will be selected in a random drawing and notified via email to the email address they entered within 5 days following the winner selection.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. A little heads up: Tiny Health and Yumi have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings that may interfere with contact.
How can I get a list of winners?
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Tiny Health 6104 Old Fredericksburg Rd #91622, Austin TX 78749. Requests must be received no later than June 10, 2023.
Is there anyone who cannot participate?
