Bristle Oral Health Test

I had my first consult call with Jenn from Tiny Health today. I sent my first sample for my newborn in when he was 3 weeks old, not knowing that 2 days later he would be in the hospital with a UTI. He was sent home after a scary few days with 2 weeks of an antibiotic. I was heartbroken that he needed an antibiotic so early in life and feared for what health issues it could cause him. Then, I remembered my subscription to Tiny Health. The sample I had collected still wasnt ready yet, but I decided to schedule a consult call anyway to see if there was something I could do to support my sons gut after he finished these antibiotics. I was encouraged to hear that his first test not wasted because itll provide us a baseline guide of where to focus on in the next couple months before we retest, but that we could still start working on his gut health today before we even get his sample back. She gave me suggestions for things we can start implementing now. I definitely left the call feeling more confident for my sons health than when I went in. I look forward to getting his results back in the next 2 weeks and seeing him progress from there. Im so thankful for this resource!

I liked to opportunity to provide 3 questions beforehand - it kept the conversation on target and gave both me and Danielle time to prioritize and prepare prior to the call. Danielle was great - she addressed my questions completely and directly. She pointed me to a few additional resources on the website that I had not found yet. (There's so much great information! Danielle was very knowledgeable and also able to relate to my situation as a mom with a kid on antibiotics repeatedly - she provided great specific information and also great empathy and reassurance.
