How to use TrueMed to pay with HSA/FSA
- Add products to cart.
- At checkout, select Truemed as your payment option. Currently, this option is only available for one time orders like Baseline Assessments.
- Enter your HSA or FSA card details
- Take a 1-minute survey to determine eligibility
- Once eligibility is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your product details

Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are pre-tax accounts you can use to pay for healthcare-related expenses. If you're unsure whether or not you have an HSA or FSA account, please check with your employer or insurance company.
How long does it take to get approved?
The survey has only a few questions. No live consultation with a doctor is required. If eligible, approval is instant. Truemed will then provide via email a Letter of Medical Necessity within 24 hours.
Can I submit previous orders for reimbursement?
Truemed makes your recent purchase and future subscription payments eligible for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA. Eligibility of reimbursement claims for previous orders is subject to requirements set forth by your HSA/FSA provider.
Can I also submit Tiny+Membership Subscription orders for reimbursements ?
While you can't submit these through TrueMed, you can reach out to us directly at hello@tinyhealth.com and we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your HSA/FSAÂ provider.
