• Vaginal Health Test: A standalone vaginal microbiome test without a consult call. This option is suitable if you already have a deep understanding of microbiome health. However, we find that women who consult with our microbiome specialists derive the most value from their Tiny Health test.

As part of the Vaginal Health Program, you have access to additional vaginal or gut microbiome tests for any member of your family at the discounted rate of $169/kit.

The six-month duration of the program is based on the time it typically takes to work through a chronic condition effectively. Here's a breakdown of what to expect during the six months:

• Month 1: You’ll have an introductory consultation with your microbiome specialist and take the first vaginal microbiome test. It takes about 3-4 weeks to receive the results of your microbiome test.
• ‍Month 2-3: You’ll receive the results of your first test and meet with your microbiome specialist to establish your personalized Action Plan. You’ll work on implementing the recommended Action Plan for the next 4-6 weeks.
• ‍Month 4: You’ll check in with your microbiome specialist to see how the actions implemented are progressing and take the second vaginal microbiome test.
• ‍Month 5-6: You’ll receive the results of the second gut test and meet with your specialist to see how the changes you’ve implemented have shifted the vaginal microbiome. Your specialist will fine tune your personalized Action Plan.

After the initial six months, your microbiome specialist will help you determine the best next steps. The Program auto-renews for an additional six months. Your specialist may recommend additional support with a continuation of the program. Alternatively, they may recommend that you graduate and join the Tiny+ Membership after the initial six month period. The Membership offers ongoing support and resources to help maintain long term microbiome health.
