Emily was so knowledgeable about gut health, eczema, and probiotics! The only thing was the call was too short to ask her all the questions I had, but she assured me I can ask her those over email, and she will answer!

Emily was fantastic and her insights were so helpful in better understanding the results, specifically how the markers interact with each other and how certain markers are more closely related to symptoms than others. The results were already broken down pretty well, but having the opportunity to speak with a professional really helped better my understanding and make me feel more confident to move forward with more confidence in the action plan. Getting more specific answers to my individual issues was very helpful

Amy helped me to get some clarity on what to consider as to the top three concerns to address first. She suggested specific foods and informed me of the supplements that could help improve the challenges I am dealing with. Really knowledgeable and and nice young lady.

The recommendations for food and not taking probiotics as supplements was a great tip. My coach also worked together with me since I have strict oxalate limits, she explained well my lab results and in particular why bifido and kleb are not desirable. Then Emily helped me plan on how to eliminate them over the next few months. I really learned a lot due to her friendly attitude, expertise and ease in educating me.

The consult call with Emily was very helpful to give more direction with our action plan for my 3.8 year old son. We had already started some recommended supplements and focusing on adding specific foods, but getting to talk with Emily explained the why and how behind the action plan. I feel confident and excited going forward. My son is already seeing huge improvements in his eczema from itching so badly it was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep to no longer itching during the day and minimal if at all at night. His skin isnt perfect yet but huge improvements in just a few weeks, excited to see how Emilys extra recommendations will continue to improve my sons skin, gut and health!
