Better information and test accuracy. I used Viome twice and their service is terrible. Did not disclose all microbes only a few, would not tell us precise testing method and data discovered from blood only what they thought our "biological age" was.... gave standard healthy food recos you can find on the web easily. No refund when asked. Most consumers are sophisticated. They want equally sophisticated data from their tests.

I am very happy with my Tiny Health experience. Test was easy to take and ship, results came earlier than expected and gave me plenty of information on how my gut is doing. I loved getting to know what can be improved and after doing some adjustments with diet and supplements I will be likely to retest.

Really great value for money given how detailed the results are. Easy to sample. Pretty fast turnaround at 2 weeks (I was surprised given that the store said 4 weeks). Am planning to do some of the dietary and supplement actions (maybe even get a pet). Then retest in 3 months. Good job, Tiny Health!

Good insights

I've done quite a few gut tests and always look out for shotgun sequencing. I've done DayTwo back when they had the consumer product, Onegevity (before they were acquired by Thorne) and Viome (RNA technology). They were all a little disappointing. Tiny Health changed the game for me. I have a clear understanding of all the bugs in my gut, and I get actionable next steps for how to improve it. Even though they specialize in the first 1,000 days, their adult gut test is THE BEST I've encountered. Don't even bother doing Ombre/Thyve, and other 16S tests! Save your money and do Tiny Health.
