They kept me waiting for over a month while they processed my newborn's baseline/first test and then cancelled it due to some mysterious "quality control" excuse. Meanwhile, I have paid for two months of membership already and it will be 3-4 months of paid membership before I get even one test result. I won't even have the baseline I needed. Very poor customer service.
Test has easy to follow instructions. The nurse that I spoke with to go over my daughter results was so sweet. Spent time making sure I understood it and great job explaining everything. Had a good experience overall with this company!

I am so grateful for the knowledge and action items we gained by using TinyHealth. Our baby was having digestive issues that affected his well-being for the first 4 months of his life. Our daughter started to improve in the last 2 weeks. She had been sleeping through the nights and so happy since we decided to get her gut healthy with the information we received from our kit. We were very shocked with our results since we had a natural vaginal birth (no medication no C section) and she has been breastfed from the beginning so we were shocked at her gut health.
